The Harvester - Premium BBQ Smoker

I purchased the cottongin Harvester as my first drum smoker, and 4 years later it hasn't let me down. Beautiful design, and fire management is easy to control! Easy to get to temp and quick recovery time if your temperature goes up or down. Love the door for easy access to your charcoal basket, and water pan if you use one to cook. Since using the Harvester we've landed a bunch of top 10 and top 5 calls in the competition bbq circuit.

Do yourself a solid and purchase one as your next smoker. You will not be disappointed!!

Matt and his crew have got their sh## in one sock. You have an issue, they have a cure, not an excuse. I cook SCA and any anccelery I can put to the smoker, it's there. The proof is in what comes out and I don't sweat getting the job done. The fact is, if I could afford it, there would be three more loaded to my trailer. Love these guys! Mean it!

I am not a review person, however this one is necessary. At the time I ordered this one, I ordered 2 more from competing companies. The Harvester, by leaps and bounds, is a superior product. The fit, finish and attention to details sets it on another level. Its also a show stopper from passerby's. One last comment....cheaper than the other 2 I purchased.

and none of them match the quality of cotton gin smokers. The welding, metal quality and precision metal work are far better than most. I love the front door on the harvester. If makes it so much easier to add to for fire basket, add wood chunks of or pellets. The wheels are bigger than most, and being slightly offset to the side, the entire thing rolls more easily and with more balance. From beginner to seasoned pit master, cotton gins are the best way to go.

We added the harvester to our competition smoker rotation, and it quickly became our go to drum smoker. We love the fact that once the smoker hits the desired temperature, it holds for hours and hours. No issues with quality and love the hanger system which allows us to quickly move the grate up and down depending on what is needed. We chose the harvester in part due to it be 100% American made. We also fell in love with the access door and the ease of adding more fuel or just a chunk of wood.
