The Harvester - Premium BBQ Smoker

I purchased the cottongin Harvester as my first drum smoker, and 4 years later it hasn't let me down. Beautiful design, and fire management is easy to control! Easy to get to temp and quick recovery time if your temperature goes up or down. Love the door for easy access to your charcoal basket, and water pan if you use one to cook. Since using the Harvester we've landed a bunch of top 10 and top 5 calls in the competition bbq circuit.

The Harvester is very well built and the craftsmanship is truly amazing! Every weld is perfect, everything fits together like it should, and it’s beautiful! In addition to that, it performs even better than it looks!

Everything is Great. The only part I wish was a little easier was the lid to open it, It gets stuck I have to use something to pop that lid open.

We've owned our CGS Harvester since 2022. This machine is a true workhorse and we absolutely love cooking on it at comps.
