I purchased the cottongin Harvester as my first drum smoker, and 4 years later it hasn't let me down. Beautiful design, and fire management is easy to control! Easy to get to temp and quick recovery time if your temperature goes up or down. Love the door for easy access to your charcoal basket, and water pan if you use one to cook. Since using the Harvester we've landed a bunch of top 10 and top 5 calls in the competition bbq circuit.
Do yourself a solid and purchase one as your next smoker. You will not be disappointed!!
The best barrel smoker I’ve ever cooked on, hands down. Burns fuel very efficient and easily regulated.

I am so happy w it brother 🙏 it’s amazing I wish there was a word to describe how happy I am rn!! 😃 the smile on these emojis aren’t big enough 😆 this is the nicest drum smoker I have ever seen and not for nothing but Gateway can’t hold a candle next to these man. These are for sure the Rolls Royce of drum smokers. The craftsman ship on these are unparalleled to any other make and it was worth absolutely every penny!! I am so grateful and the wait was worth it. In my opinion and knowing what goes into each one of these drums, they’re under priced. Thank brother God Bless you and your family.
